Shipping policy

Every piece is made by our tailors, so orders aren't dispatched the same day. Ready-to-ship items go out in [2-3] business days; made-to-measure and bespoke pieces take [10-15] business days for stitching before dispatch.

Within India, delivery takes [3-5] business days for metro cities and [5-8] business days elsewhere. Shipping is [free on prepaid orders].

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Delivery estimates can shift due to courier or festive-season delays outside our control. Please check your address and phone number at checkout, as re-shipping charges apply to parcels returned for incorrect addresses.

If your parcel arrives damaged, don't accept it and email us at suumit72@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos.
